摘要
目的观察多潘立酮片结合标准三联疗法治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染伴功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法将120例Hp感染伴功能性消化不良患儿随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用标准三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用多潘立酮片治疗。治疗1个月后,比较两组的临床疗效、血清胃肠激素水平及Hp根除率。结果治疗1个月后,观察组的总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组(P <0.05);两组的血清P物质、 MTL水平均高于治疗前,且观察组的血清P物质、 MTL水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论多潘立酮片结合标准三联疗法治疗小儿Hp感染伴功能性消化不良效果确切,可提高Hp根除率,改善患儿胃肠激素水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of domperidone tablets combined with standard triple therapy in the treatment of children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection complicated with functional dyspepsia.Methods 120 cases of children with Hp infection complicated with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with domperidone tablets on the basis of the control group.1 month after treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum gastrointestinal hormone levels and Hp eradication rate were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after treatment,the total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The serum substance P and MTL levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the serum substance P and MTL levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Domperidone tablets combined with standard triple therapy has exact effect in the treatment of children with Hp infection complicated with functional dyspepsia,can improve the Hp eradication rate and gastrointestinal hormone levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
