人工核对与PDA核对识别患者信息在临床护理工作中的对比研究

Comparative Study on Identifying Patients'Information by Manual Check and PDA Check in Clinical Nursing Work

目的对比人工核对与PDA核对识别患者信息在临床护理工作中的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年6月入住ICU的急危重症患者80例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组临床护理工作中采用人工核对识别患者信息,观察组应用PDA核对识别患者信息,对比两组的工作效率及信息核对相关操作出错情况。结果观察组的标本采集核对时间、护理文书书写时间、药物核对时间均短于对照组,信息核对相关操作总出错率低对照组(P均<0.05)。结论与人工核对相比,在临床护理工作中应用PDA核对识别患者信息可显著提高护理人员的工作效率,减少护理差错,利于医院整体质量的提高。

Objective To compare the effect of identifying patients'information by manual check and PDA check in clinical nursing work.Methods 80 critically ill patients in ICU from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the clinical nursing work,the control group used manual check to identify patients'information,and the observation group used PDA check to identify patients'information.The work efficiency and information check related operations were compared between the two groups.Results The specimen collection check time,nursing document writing time and drug check time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total error rate of information check related operations was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with manual check,PDA check for identifying patients'information in clinical nursing work can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,and reduce the nursing errors,which is conductive to improving the overall quality of hospital.
