综合护理干预对蛇伤溃疡后期关节僵硬的临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Ankylosis at the Later Stage of Snake Wound Ulcer

目的探讨综合护理干预对蛇伤溃疡后期关节僵硬的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的40例蛇伤溃疡后期关节僵硬患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各20例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预,对比两组的护理效果、疼痛程度及心理状态。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理2周及4周后,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预对蛇伤溃疡后期关节僵硬患者效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,缓解其不良情绪,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on ankylosis at the later stage of snake wound ulcer.Methods 40 patients with ankylosis at the later stage of snake wound ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,pain degree and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of nursing,the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on patients with ankylosis at the later stage of snake wound ulcer,can improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the pain degree,and relieve the negative mood,which is worthy of clinical application.
