新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者困难气管插管1例

摘要 2019年底 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)蔓延,重症患者的气管插管工作给麻醉医生带了巨大的挑战 [1] 。我院隔离病区自2020年1~3月收治COVID-19患者以来,麻醉科已先后为多名重症患者进行气管内插管,其中有1例困难气管插管患者。现将该患者通过可视喉镜与可视纤维支气管镜联合插管成功过程介绍如下。
