摘要
DRG付费存在的潜在风险包括操纵编码、挑拣或推诿患者、护理质量下降、再入院率上升,以及阻碍新技术新方法的应用。对此,结合DRG付费试点城市的经验,提出了应对风险的策略:统一编码标准,推进分级诊疗,完善成本管控和绩效评价体系,加强外部和内部监控,以及鼓励新技术新方法的应用。
The potential risks of DRG payment including operation code,pick or shirk patients,care quality decreased,rehospitalization rate increased,and hinder the application of new technologies and methods.So combined with the experience of DRG payment pilot cities,we proposed strategies for coping with risks,including unified code standards,promote of grading diagnosis and treatment,improvement of cost control and performance evaluation systems,strengthen external and internal monitoring,and encourage the application of new technologies and methods.
