摘要
为科学评估无依托机动发射作战能力,分析了各能力涵盖的指标要素内容,构建结构合理的评估指标模型。利用AHP(analytic hierarchy process)和灰色层次分析法,对2型装备无依托机动发射作战能力进行了评估。其中,对AHP的指标重要性判断取值进行规范,在灰色层次分析中引入5位专家意见进行分类。通过2种评估方法对比,验证了评价方法的合理性、准确性以及评价结果可靠性。通过对2型装备评估结果的分析,可直观看出影响制约作战能力的关键核心要素,为作战实践提供科学直观的参考依据。
In order to scientifically evaluate the offhand mobile launch operational capability,this paper comprehensively analyzed the index elements of each capability,and constructed a reasonable evaluation index model.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate the offhand mobile launch operational capability of the 2 types of equipment.The judgment value of AHP index importance is standardized,and 5 expert opinions are introduced in the grey hierarchy analysis.By comparing 2 evaluation methods,the rationality,accuracy and reliability of the evaluation methods are verified.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of type 2 equipment,the key factors affecting the ability to control operations can be visually seen,providing a scientific and intuitive reference for operation.
