优化机制 引领创新——南京市职业教育名师工作室建设实践与反思

摘要 “十三五”伊始,南京职业教育在前期优秀教学团队建设成果的基础上,经细致调研,周密策划,正式启动了南京市职业教育名师工作室建设工作。五年来,共立项建设省级名师工作室22个,市级名师工作室67个。通过彰显职教特色的系统设计及引领赋能的过程管理,各名师工作室积极开展工作;通过开展各类校企协同育人、产教融合培养、教学模式与方法改革、服务经济与社会项目,促进了职业教育质量的提升,成就了职业学校教师的专业发展。 At the beginning of“The Thirteenth Five-year Plan”,Nanjing vocational education officially launched the construction of Nanjing vocational education master teacher studios after careful research and planning based on the achievements of the excellent teaching teams.In the past five years,a total of 22 provincial-level master teacher studios and 67 municipal-level master teacher studios have been established.Through the systematic design that highlights the characteristics of vocational education and the process management of leading empowerment,each master teacher studio actively carries out the work.Through the development of various school-enterprise collaborative education,integrated training of industry and education,teaching model and method reform,and economic and social service projects,it has promoted the quality of vocational education and achieved the professional development of teachers in vocational schools.
