轨道交通专业群现代学徒制高技能人才培养体系构建与实践研究

Research on the Construction and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship Highly Skilled Personnel Training System of Mass Transit Specialty Group

在现代学徒制背景下,立足城市轨道交通运输企业需求,以城市轨道交通专业群校企合作建设为载体,从校企协同育人体系构建、合作平台搭建、运行机制创建等方面进行探索和研究,构建了“八共”的校企合作培养高技能人才新体系。实践表明,理顺协同育人运行机制,构建科学合理的人才培养体系,有利于高技能人才的培养,对于推进专业人才培养与职业岗位需求的无缝对接,建立产教融合长效机制具有重要意义。

In the context of modern apprenticeship and with the school-enterprise cooperation of urban rail transportation specialty group as the carrier,this paper explores from the construction of school-enterprise collaborative education system,cooperation platform,and operation mechanism creation based on the needs of urban rail transportation enterprises.A new cooperative system between the schools and enterprises was established to cultivate highly skilled personnel.Practice has shown that rationalizing the cooperative education mechanism and constructing a scientific and reasonable talent training system is conducive to the cultivation of highly skilled talents,and is of great significance for promoting the seamless connection between professional talent training and professional job requirements,as well as establishing a long-term mechanism for the integration of industry and education.
