浅析“一带一路”背景下高职跨境电商留学生人才培养方案

A Study and a Trial Creation of CBEC Cultivation Plan for Foreign Students under the Belt and Road Initiative

随着"一带一路"下高职留学生数量的激增,高职留学生人才培养项目也呈增长趋势,但院校、地域、专业类别分布不均。跨境电商留学生人才培养方案的制订要以国家政策为导向,以国家战略需求、跨境电商行业需求、留学生需求三方为基,结合本校的实际教学条件和留学生通用技能水平,确定人才培养目标,制定课程体系。针对在人才培养实施过程中有可能出现的国际化师资不足、国际化实训条件不足、国际化教学资源不足、文化融入不足等问题,可采用在线开放课程(英文字幕)、生成性教学资源、"政校企"产教融合实训实习、与英语专业合班上课等方法。

Since China implemented the Belt and Road initiative,the number of overseas students in higher vocational colleges has increased sharply.The training programs for overseas students in higher vocational colleges have shown an increasing trend,but the distribution of colleges,regions and majors has been uneven.Based on the demands from the nation,cross-border e-commerce industry and overseas students,the cultivation plan for CBEC should be guided by national policies,combined with college’s teaching status and the general skills level of overseas students,thus to determine the cultivation objectives and its curriculum system.In view of the difficulties that may occur in the implementation of talents cultivation,such as the lack of international teachers,international training conditions,international teaching resources and cultural integration,we can use approaches and methods such as online open courses(English subtitles),generative teaching resources,the integration between industry and education initiated by"government,college and enterprise",class teaching with English major and so on.
