摘要
近年来,高职教育的发展非常迅速,但从总体上来看,仍是我国教育体系中的薄弱环节,存在着诸如地区间发展不平衡、教学资源投入不足、教师队伍质量不高等问题。为此,高职院校积极推进教育教学改革。为提升教师队伍素养,积极探索并尝试绩效管理模式,但在实际应用过程中仍存在着认识模糊、职教特点不突出、过度分工导致各自为政、反馈机制尚未建立等问题。可通过分析高职院校在绩效管理模式过程中存在的问题,提出相对应的改进措施及建议。
Rapidly as higher edcation is developing,it is still a weak point in national education system in that there exist unbalanced development,insufficient teaching resources and low teaching staff quality.Therefore,education reform and performance management should be carried out to improve teaching staff quality.An analysis of the problems in the course of performance management is needed to put forward measures and suggestions.
