摘要
减压阀广泛应用在各种液压系统中,它性能的好坏对整个液压系统的性能指标影响较大。因此该文在分析直动式和先导式减压阀工作原理的基础上,运用液压主流仿真软件AMESim建立减压阀仿真模型。所建立的模型可以用于减压阀的静动态特性分析,为减压阀的设计与优化提供参考。
The pressure reducing valve is widely used in various hydraulic systems,its performance has a great influence on the performance index of the whole hydraulic system.Therefore,based on the analysis of the working principle of direct acting and pilot operated pressure reducing valves,the models are established by AMESim.The model can be used to analyse the static and dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve and provide reference for the design and optimization of the pressure reducing valve.
