摘要
对比分析《中学教育专业认证标准》中的二级"合格标准"和三级"卓越标准",着重从"毕业要求"这一认证维度来挖掘卓越教师专业成长的关键词,主要有:事业心,整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK),"三全育人"(全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人),终身学习发展能力等。
Comparative analysis is made between level 2 or the“Qualification Standard”and level 3 or the“Excellence Standard”from Professional Certification Standard for Secondary Education with the focus to find the key words on professional development of excellent teachers from the dimension of“graduation requirements”which includes devotion,technology pedagogical content knowledge(TPACK),“three full education”(full-one education,full-time education and full-place education)and lifetime learning development ability,etc.
