摘要
以战略性新兴(支柱)产业人才培养计划为基点,结合新能源领域人才需求特点,构建了与材料化学专业专业定位和产业发展需求相适应的校企合作人才培养模式,为锂离子电池领域战略性新兴(支柱)产业的发展提供人才需求保障。实践证明,通过校企合作,优化人才培养模式,能更好的激发学生的实践能力和创新能力,形成院校与企业的双赢局面。
Based on strategic emerging(pillar)industrial talent training program,and combining the features of the need for talents in new energy field,this research constructs a talent cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation in accordance with the needs of the professional positioning of material chemistry and industry development so as to ensure the talent need for the development of strategic emerging(pillar)industry in the field of lithium ion battery and better stimulate students′practice ability and creative capacity to achieve a win-win result for both universities and enterprises.
