污泥脱水干化减量的系统解决方案创新与实践

摘要 介绍基于低温真空脱水干化一体化技术装备的污泥脱水干化减量系统解决方案.与传统的污泥脱水+干化"两段式"工艺相比,该技术方案进行了全面创新,攻克了污泥等物料脱水干化一体化技术难题,可将污泥含水率由90%~99%一次性降至30%以下,具有技术领先、功能完善、安全可靠、环境友好、智慧高效等特点与优势,符合污泥处理处置的发展趋势和发展方向,有良好的推广应用价值. Solution of sludge dewatering and drying reduction system based on low temperature vacuum dewatering and drying integrated technology and equipment is introduced.Compared with traditional"two-stage"process of sludge dewatering+drying,technical solution has been comprehensively innovated to overcome technical problems of the integration of dewatering and drying of sludge and other materials.Sludge moisture content can be reduced from 90%~99%to less than 30%at one time.It has the characteristics and advantages of leading technology,complete functions,safe and reliable,environmentally friendly,intelligent and efficient.It is in line with the development trend and direction of sludge treatment and disposal,and has good value for promotion and application.
