摘要
污泥发酵车间内会产生大量的氨气等有害气体.以郑州某发酵车间除臭系统改造为例,采用计算流体力学(CFD)模型对改造方案进行模拟.根据模拟结果,建议采用顶部排放和侧墙送风模式,进一步提高车间中间走道的空气品质.
Sludge fermentation workshop produces harmful gases,such as ammonia gas.Taking reconstruction project of deodorization system of a fermentation workshop in Zhengzhou as an example,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model is used to simulate reconstruction scheme.According to simulation results,it is suggested to adopt top discharge and side wall air supply mode to further improve air quality in the middle walkway of the workshop.
