摘要
管道内喷涂修复工艺是一项非常适用于城镇供水管道的修复技术,为使其涂料市场化,针对其技术特点,设计研发了专门用于试验该涂料的设备装置,并进行了适应性试验.结果表明:该装置在管道内壁喷涂形成的涂层在外观、厚度以及修复性能(封堵5 mm孔洞以及1 mm宽、10 cm长的缝隙)上能够满足预期效果,能为涂料生产商提供该涂料的现场试验操作,从而为管道内喷涂修复技术在涂料方面的开发运用提供试验基础.
Inner wall spraying and repairing technology of the pipeline is a repair technology which is very suitable for urban water supply pipelines.In order to make coating material marketization,a special device is designed and developed for testing coating material according to its technical characteristics,and adaptability test is carried out.Results show that spray coating of the device is formed on inner wall of the pipes,which could satisfy the expected effect in the appearance,thickness,and fix performance(sealing and plugging the hole of 5 mm and the gap with width of 1 mm and length of 10 cm).It could provide paint manufacturers with this kind of coating material field test operation at present.Thus,it provides an experimental basis for inner wall spraying and repairing technology of pipelines used in the development of coatings.
