摘要
中国厚重的历史文化产生了许多关于酒的别称,有正面积极性称谓、负面消极性称谓、还有中性的称谓。酒的别称体现了中国人对酒的社会评价和文化认识,并对同属汉文化圈的日本产生了深远影响。日本在酒的别称上保留了许多中国酒文化的元素,并以此为基础产生了大量日本文化语境下独特的别称,体现了对中国酒文化的受容与发展,以及日本自身的酒文化特点。本文的研究有助于理解别称背后两国关于酒的差异化语言生态,是国际化视野下酒文化研究的有益补充。
China's rich history and culture have contributed to the emergence of many nicknames of Chinese spirits.Some of them are positive,while others are negative and some neutral.The nickname of white spirits represents Chinese people’s social evaluation and cultural understanding towards alcohol,and has a profound impact on the culture of Japan belonging to the same Chinese cultural circle.There are a lot of Chinese elements in Japan’s nicknames of spirits,and against this cultural backdrop,many unique Japanese nicknames have been created,which shows Japan’s tolerance,inheritance and improvement of Chinese spirit culture.This research aims to help understand the different language ecology of spirits of the two countries hidden behind the nicknames,and it is also a useful supplement to the internationally orientated study of spirits culture.
