摘要
随着改革开放的步伐持续加大,每年在广州举办的涉外论坛次数不断增加,规格不断提高,如何招募选拨优秀的学生志愿者,如何管理好志愿者工作团队,是论坛是否能成功举办的关键,也是主办方、高校工作的重点。胜任特征模型是可以区分表现优异与表现一般的可被测量的评价方法,它能够反映个体的动机、特质、价值观等个体特征。本文运用文献分析法,借助志愿者特征模型的部分指标,通过行为调查法,对曾参与涉外论坛工作的志愿者进行调查,结果运用AMOS软件进行验证性因素分析。结果显示,责任担当等五个维度的胜任特征模型,能较理想地区分优异者与一般者,为涉外论坛志愿者选拨管理工作提供理论依据与操作经验。
As the pace of reforming and opening up continues to increase,the number of foreign related forums held in Guangzhou is increasing every year,and specifications continues to be improved.How to recruit and select excellent student volunteers and how to manage the volunteer team,which is the key to the success of the forum,as well as the focus of the work of the organizers and universities.Competent model is a measurable evaluation method that can distinguish excellent performance from general performance.It can reflect the individual’s motivation,characteristic,values and other individual characteristics.The thesis adopts literature analysis method,some indexes of volunteer characteristic model,and to investigate the volunteers who have participated in the foreign forum through the behavior investigation method.The result uses AMOS software to conduct confirmatory factor analysis,which can distinguish the excellent from the ordinary ideally.It provides theoretical basis and operational experience for the selection and management of volunteers for foreign forums.
