摘要
通过研究日本人工智能战略文本,揭示日本人工智能战略部署的重点主要包括机构建设、路线规划以及生态系统构建3个方面。结合我国人工智能发展存在的问题,建议我国应以本国优势及社会问题为导向发展人工智能,加强组织协同治理,落实发展规划,并构建人工智能生态系统。
By studying Japan's artificial intelligence(AI)strategy,this article reveals that the key points of Japan's artificial intelligence strategy deployment mainly include institutional construction,route planning,and ecosystem construction.Combined with the existing problems in the development of artificial intelligence in China,it is suggested that China should develop artificial intelligence based on its own advantages and social issues,strengthen organizational and collaborative governance,implement development plans,and build an AI ecosystem.
