摘要
以江苏地区不同输变电工程相关人员的访谈资料为基础,运用扎根理论并结合不同电压等级输变电工程的实践经验,经过三级编码识别出输变电工程建设全过程的环境风险因素,并形成环境风险指标体系。构建基于脆弱性的风险量计算方法,对识别出的48个环境风险因素进行风险水平计算,从而进一步识别出关键风险因素。从提高环境风险危害性意识、完善环境风险管理机制、强化环境风险教育等方面给出相关建议,为输变电工程建设全过程环境风险管理提供理论参考。
According to the interview material of staff in different power transmission projects in Jiangsu,taking account of practical experience of different voltage levels,this paper identifies the environmental risk factors of power transmission projects by grounded theory,the calculation method is put forward based on vulnerability theory to assess the 48 risk factors,so as to identify the key risk factors.The paper proposes that it is vital to improve the awareness of environmental risk hazard,to improve the risk management mechanism,and to strengthen environmental risk education,which provides theoretical reference for environmental risk management of transmission and transformation project construction.
