污染密集型产业布局及影响因素研究进展

Research Progress on Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Pollution Intensive Industries

污染密集型产业是经济地理学、产业经济学、资源环境管理等多学科研究的重点领域,随着经济增长与环境污染冲突的升级,污染密集型产业布局及影响因素成为近年来这些领域关注的热点之一。从国家、区域和城市等尺度归纳污染密集型产业布局演变特征;从环境规制、政府博弈和传统区位要素等方面视角对污染密集型产业布局影响因素的既有研究成果进行梳理、分析和归纳。研究发现:学科的交叉性、问题的复杂性和地域的差别性决定了关于污染密集型产业布局及影响因素的研究在尺度、视角、方法等方面具有显著差别,研究结论也不尽相同且存在较大纷争;实证研究方法和研究视角逐步多元化,但模型建设有待加强,理论研究滞后。未来应加强多学科的交流,强化污染密集型产业布局及影响因素的理论整合。

Pollution intensive industries are key fields for the interdisciplinary study,such as economic geography,industrial economics,resource and environmental management.With the conflict upgrading between economic growth and environmental pollution,the distribution and influencing factors of pollution intensive industries have become the focus in these fields for the past years.In this paper,the spatial evolution features of pollution intensive industries are summarized from three dimensions,namely,national,regional and urban scales;in addition,the existing research achievements on the influencing factors of pollution intensive industrial distribution are also sorted,analyzed and summarized from three perspectives of environmental regulation,government gaming and traditional location factors.According to research findings,because of cross-disciplines,problems complexity and regional differences,the research on pollution intensive industries distribution shows significant differences in the aspects of dimensions,perspectives and methods,not to mention the wide differences and disputes in the research conclusions.From the current research,empirical research methods and perspectives are becoming diversified,however,the model construction still needs to be strengthened.In the future,multidisciplinary exchanges and integration needs to be strengthened further,and the theoretical integration concerning the distribution and influencing factors of pollution intensive industries also requires reinforcement.
