集装箱正面吊运机臂架系统的受力分析

摘要 为了研究集装箱正面吊运机臂架系统各构件的受力情况,基于复数矢量法和牛顿-欧拉法建立了数学模型,在MATLAB软件中编写函数并进行了工程实例仿真,分析了两种工况下俯仰液压油缸、伸缩液压油缸的载荷和铰点约束反力。结果表明:伸缩液压油缸全缩,俯仰液压油缸由全缩伸出至全伸过程中,在俯仰液压油缸长度最短时,俯仰液压油缸的载荷及基本臂与机架的铰点处的约束反力均最大;俯仰液压油缸全伸,伸缩液压油缸由全缩伸出至全伸过程中,在臂架长度达到最大时,俯仰液压油缸的载荷及基本臂与机架的铰点处的约束反力均最大。分析结果得到了基于ADAMS的仿真验证,可用于工程结构设计计算和分析及液压元器件选型。 To research the forces acting on structural members of the boom system of the container front lifter,a mathematical model is established based on the complex vector method and Newton-Euler approach,and the function is complied in MATLAB software to simulate an engineering example and the load of the pitch hydraulic cylinder and telescopic hydraulic cylinder and the constraint reaction force at a certain hinge point are analyzed under two working conditions.The results show that:the telescopic hydraulic cylinder remains fully retracted,in the process of the pitch hydraulic cylinder extending from full contraction to full extension,when the length of the pitch hydraulic cylinder is the shortest,the load of the pitch hydraulic cylinder and the constraint reaction force at the hinge points of the basic arm and the frame are the largest.The pitch hydraulic cylinder remains fully extended,in the process of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder extending from full contraction to full extension,when the boom length reaches the maximum,the load of the pitch hydraulic cylinder and the restraining reaction force at the hinge point of the basic arm and the frame are the largest.The analysis results are verified by simulation based on ADAMS,which can be used in engineering structure design,calculation and analysis as well as hydraulic components selection.
