设计了一种用于飞机和发动机的通用清洗设备,既能够对不同型号的飞机机身进行冲洗,冲掉机身表面的污渍,又能够对发动机进行清洗,恢复发动机性能。文中介绍了该设备的工作原理及机械结构和电气控制系统设计。该设备的集成化设计,能够有效降低保障设备的数量,减少机务人员的劳动强度。

A type of universal l cleaning equipment for aircraft and engines has been designed,which can not only wash the fuselage of different types of aircraft,wash away the stains on the surface of the fuselage,but also clean the engine and restore the performance of the engine.This paper introduces the working principle of the equipment,as well as the mechanical structure design and electrical control system design.The integrated design of the equip-ment can effectively reduce the number of security equipment and reduce the labor intensity of the crew.
