摘要
针对在冬季试验时,某款发动机出现了由于EGR混合弯管结冰而导致的发动机转矩限制故障的问题展开研究,对不同温度条件下的EGR混合弯管结冰情况和原因进行分析,并提出将EGR混合弯管包覆保温材料的方案。该方案能够很好地降低混合弯管与空气的热交换,可防止EGR混合弯管结冰问题的出现。
This paper studies the problem of engine torque limitation caused by EGR mixing elbow icing in a certain engine during winter test.The icing situation and reasons of EGR mixing elbow under different temperature conditions are analyzed,and the scheme of enclosing EGR mixing elbow with insulation material is put forward.The scheme can reduce the heat exchange between the mixed elbow and air and prevent the freezing of the EGR mixed elbow.
