摘要
为防止汽车变速器轴承装配过程中壳体发生变形影响传动系统精度,与之配合的双离合变速器输出轴前轴承结构通常选用圆柱滚子轴承,其中的轴承外圈采用高精度板材冲压成型,控制轴承外圈在压装过程中的变形强度,满足变速器输出/输入轴传动精度。在对该轴承压装工艺的理论计算基础上,分析了各因素对压装力-位移曲线的影响;对伺服压机压装过程及压装工艺进行了详细分析,确定了压装流程;并对双离合自动变速器轴承进行压装试验分析,结果证明该方法有利于提高生产效率,稳定加工质量。
In order to prevent the deformation of the housing during the automotive transmission bearings assembly process from affecting the accuracy of the transmission system,the front bearing structure of the output shaft is a cylindrical roller bearing,and the outer ring of the bearing is stamped with high-precision plate to control the deformation strength of the bearing outer ring during the press-fit process,so as to meet the transmission output/input shaft transmission accuracy.Based on the theoretical calculation of the bearing press-fitting process,the influence of various factors on the press-fit force-displacement curve is analyzed;the press-fit process of the electric servo hydraulic press are analyzed,and the general press-fit process is determined.The press-fit test analysis of the dual-clutch automatic transmission bearing proves that the method is beneficial to improve production efficiency and stabilize processing quality.
