摘要 针对QT400-18A铁素体型球墨铸铁焊接过程中的白口、淬硬组织及焊接裂纹等问题,制定了严格的焊接工艺。选择镍基铸铁焊条Z408为研究对象,分析总结焊接工艺要点,成功获得理想的焊接接头,为球墨铸铁镍基冷焊提供理论支撑。 In view of the problems of white spots,hardened structure and welding cracks in the welding process of QT400-18A ferritic ductile iron,a strict welding process was formulated.Nickel-based cast iron electrode Z408 was selected as the research object,the main points of the welding process were analyzed and summarized,and the ideal welded joint was successfully obtained,which provided theoretical support for the nickel-based cold welding of ductile iron.
