提高双组元电磁阀合格率技术措施研究

摘要 针对发动机双组元电磁阀装配过程中遇到的进、排气阀座处气密合格率低,调试过程中响应时间不能满足多工况下均不大于规定时间等系列问题,通过对产品装配过程的改进,解决了气密合格率低和响应时间不满足设计要求的问题,不但有效提高了产品的合格率,而且缩短了产品的生产周期。 During the assembly process of the engine's two-component solenoid valve,the airtightness qualification rate at the inlet and exhaust valve seats is low,and the response time during commissioning cannot meet the specified time under multiple operating conditions.Through the improvement of the product assembly process,this paper solves the problems of low airtightness qualification rate and unsatisfied response time,which not only effectively improves the product qualification rate,but also shortens the production cycle of the product.
