数控龙门铣镗床加工水轮机控制环方法与技巧

摘要 针对水轮机大型零部件控制环圆周上斜孔加工难点,对设备选用、工件装夹、刀具选用、加工过程等方面进行研究,形成较为合理的圆周斜面及斜孔加工方案。实际应用表明,圆周上斜面及斜孔加工方案能保证孔的加工满足设计要求,对以后此类圆周斜面及斜孔零件的数控加工提供了参考。 In view of the difficulty of machining the inclined hole on the circumference of the control ring of large parts of the hydraulic turbine,this article studies the equipment selection,workpiece clamping,tool selection,and machining process to form a more reasonable circumferential bevel and inclined hole machining program.Practical application shows that the machining method of inclined surface and inclined hole on the circumference can ensure that the hole processing meets the design requirements,and provides a reference for the future CNC machining of such circumferential inclined surface and inclined hole parts.
