摘要
为避免管道系统产生危险的弯曲应力,可采用恒力弹簧支吊架结构。通过对一款扁平恒力弹簧支吊架的机构进行力学分析,推导了该款支吊架所用凸轮曲线的微分方程;将用于求解凸轮曲线微分方程的M文件编辑成动态连接库,基于AutoCAD.NET开发了用于生成该款支吊架凸轮曲线的软件工具。软件工具可直接在AutoCAD中根据用户输入生成凸轮轮廓的SPLINE曲线。给出了软件工具生成的具体方法,并通过建立支吊架机构的动力学模型,在ADAMS中验证了软件工具所生成凸轮轮廓曲线的正确性。
In order to avoid dangerous bending stress,constant force spring supporting hangers can be used in the pipeline system.Through the mechanical analysis of the mechanism of a flat constant force spring supporting hangers,the differential equation of the cam curve used in the supporting hanger is derived.Based on AutoCAD.NET and by compiling the M file for solving the differential equation of the cam curve into a dynamic link library,a software tool for generating the cam curve is developed.Based on user input,the software tool can generate SPLINE curve of the cam profile directly in AutoCAD and the specific generation method of software tool is given.By establishing the dynamic model of the hanger mechanism,the correctness of the cam profile curve generated by the software tool is verified in ADAMS.
