易地扶贫搬迁与民族文化的保护与传承--以黔西南州为例

文化是一个民族的精神符号,它随着社会环境的变迁而变化。在易地扶贫搬迁的大背景下,民族文化时刻处于变动之中,它或向良性的方向变化,获得长足发展;或朝恶性的方向变化,失去原生性,走向衰落。民族文化同其生存环境的特殊性,更需要引起人们的关注。因此,通过对易地扶贫搬迁背景下黔西南州民族文化生存现状与特点的分析,寻找易地扶贫搬迁与民族文化矛盾的突破口,提出民族文化的保护与传承措施。

Culture is the spiritual symbol of a nation.It changes with the changes of social environment.Under the background of poverty alleviation and relocation,national culture is changing all the time.It either changes in a benign direction and achieves considerable development,or changes in a vicious direction,losing its originality and losing its way.The particularity of national culture and its living environment calls for more attention.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of national culture in Southwest Guizhou under the background of the relocation of poverty alleviation in the changed land,this paper seeks for a breakthrough in the contradiction between the relocation of poverty alleviation in the changed land and national culture,and puts forward measures for the protection and inheritance of national culture.
