摘要
基层教师在教育类课题实施过程中表现的实施问题,通常都具有异常复杂的构成形式。关于选题,则是一个看上去简单,却容易被忽略的关键问题。实地调研发现,基层教师提出教育类选题的依据,往往都是宏观的感觉或经验。这种情况特别容易导致教师们在后续的研究过程中陷入思路迷茫的境地。因此,必须基于内涵与外延的基本常识,提出了初步建立思考框架,再结合实际情况,选择确立合适选题的具体策略,期望对基层教师教育研究过程的改进工作,能够提供对应的现实参考。
The problems presented by the teachers during their implementation of education research are usually very complex.The selection of research topics seems simple but is actually easy to ignore.Through the field research,this study find that the teachers are used to selecting the education research topics based on their macro-feelings or experience.This situation is particularly likely to cause the teachers to be confused in the subsequent research.Be directed at the characteristics of teachers with rich practical experience and weak theoretical foundation,this study,from the perspective of easy operation and around the basic common sense of connotation and extension,puts forward a sustainable strategy,which is setting up an embryonic thinking framework,and then combing the practical situation to establish a fitting research topic.The author expects that the strategy can provide a practical reference for the teachers to improve their educational research work.
