摘要 针对雷达装备原理与维修课程教学中存在的问题,基于CBE (Competency Based Education)理念进行课程改革与实践.首先,以能力结构为主线设计教学内容,对接雷达技师岗位能力要求,将课程内容设置为22个教学单元,并开发了相应的学习包,学习包的内容突出"能力本位"教学思想.其次,通过加强师资队伍、完善教学资源、优化教学模式方法、健全考评机制等方面措施,确保以能力本位的教学目标得以实现.最后,通过教学实践应用证明了课程改革的明显效果.基于CBE的课程改革经验,可推广应用于士官教育各层次各专业核心课程建设. Aimed at the problems existing in the course teaching of radar equipment principle and maintenance,the course reform and practice are carried out based on CBE(competency-based education)concept.Firstly,this article takes the ability structure as the main line to design the teaching content so as to meet the capability requirements for radar technician position,and sets up the course content into 22 teaching units,with the corresponding learning package developed,whose content highlights the"competency-based"teaching concept.Secondly,the article proposes such countermeasures as strengthening the teaching staff,perfecting the teaching resources,optimizing the teaching mode and methods,improving the evaluation mechanism,etc.to ensure that the competency-based teaching objectives can be achieved.Finally,the teaching practice proves the obvious effect of course reform.The experience of CBE-based course reform can be popularized and applied to the core course construction of non-commissioned officer education in all levels and specialties.
