摘要
为了提升士官学员课堂管理的效益水平,根据课堂管理的内涵,分析了士官学员课堂管理面临的困境及其成因,然后从学员、教员、课程和教学环境等方面,给出了具体的有针对性的对策措施.这为提升军校士官学员课堂教学质量提供了参考.
In order to improve the efficiency of classroom management of cadet non-commissioned officers(NCOs),this article first analyzes the dilemma of the classroom management of cadet NCOs and its causes according to the connotation of classroom management.And then,from the aspects of students,instructors,curriculum and teaching environment,the article puts forward some specific targeted countermeasures.This provides a reference for improving the classroom teaching quality of cadet NCOs in military academies.
