摘要
想定作业是指挥类任职期班的重要教学环节.为改善想定作业教学效果,提高指挥人才培养质量,根据任职期班学员学情特点,提出了基于目标链的"双三"式教学法.该教学法进一步规范、完善了想定教学组织实施流程,给出了教学条件资源体系总体框架.教学实践表明,该教学法效果明显,为深入开展任职期班想定作业教学改革提供了借鉴.
Rencounter scenario is an important constituent part in the teaching of command-related classes of vocational education.In order to improve the teaching effect of rencounter scenario and increase the training quality of commanding talents,this article accords to the characteristics of cadets in vocational classes to propose the“double three”teaching method based on goal chain.The proposed method further standardizes and perfects the implementation process of teaching organization,and also gives the overall systematic framework of the teaching conditions and resources.Teaching practice shows that the teaching effect of this method is obvious,thus providing a reference for carrying out teaching reform of rencounter scenario in the classes of vocational education.
