摘要
在大棚温室条件下,采用盆栽控水试验,通过测定4个咖啡品种在3个土壤水分梯度(<30%,30%~70%,>70%)下的光合生理指标,探讨了不同咖啡品种叶片光合作用在土壤干旱逐渐加重过程中的变化。结果表明:DTARI 398、卡蒂姆7963、DTARI 595三个品种的净光合速率随土壤水分降低呈现先增加后降低的趋势,德热-3号在土壤水分低于70%后净光合速率无明显变化。3个土壤水分梯度下各品种间的净光合无显著差异。运用隶属函数的方法评价4个小粒种咖啡品种叶片光合生理指标的抗旱性,卡蒂姆7963的抗旱性可能最强,其次是DTARI 398和DTARI 595,德热-3号的抗旱性相对较弱。
The effect of 3 soil moisture levels(high:>70%,intermediate:30%~70%and low:≤30%)on the photosynthesis of 4 potted coffee(Coffea arabica)varieties in green house was determined.Net photosynthetic rate(An)of DTARI398,Catimor7963 and DTARI595 showed a trend to be increased firstly and decreased then with the reducing of soil moisture level.There was no change for variety DTARI3 in net photosynthetic rate when moisture level was below 70%.No significant difference was observed in net photosynthesis of tested varieties under three soil moisture gradients.Based on the data from evaluation by membership function,Catimor7963 had the strongest drought resistance,followed by DTARI398 and DTARI595 while DTARI3 had the weakest drought resistance.
