文章列出了我国肉牛常用6大类饲料基于干物质基础的常规成分数据,包括水分、粗蛋白、醚浸出物、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、有效中洗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素、中洗不溶蛋白、酸洗不溶蛋白等。这些数据是根据模型计算饲料总消化养分、代谢能、维持净能和增重净能含量的基础。饲料原料的常规成分都是在实验室条件下采用官方规定的方法测定的。

The conventional chemical compositions of six categories of feedstuffs commonly used in Chinese beef cattle industry,were listed based on dry matter basis in this article.The compositions in⁃clude moisture,crude protein,ether extract,ash,neutral detergent fiber,effective neutral detergent fi⁃ber,acid detergent fiber,lignin,neutral detergent insoluble protein,and acid detergent insoluble pro⁃tein,etc.These data are the basis for computeringby models the total digestable nutrients,metaboliz⁃able energy,net energy for maintenance and net energy for gain of feedstuffs.The chemical composi⁃tions of feedstuffs are generally determined in the laboratories using the official methods.
