基于稳暂态联合仿真模拟的区域多可再生能源系统评估决策 被引量:12

Evaluation and Decision-Making of Regional Multi-Renewable Energy System Based on Steady-Transient Integrated Simulation

摘要 可再生能源规划方案的合理选取、决策对电网的安全、稳定、经济运行具有重要意义,但影响因素复杂、生产模拟过程低效等制约了其发展和应用。为此,针对区域多可再生能源系统,构建了计及安全性、静态电压稳定性、暂态电压恢复能力、经济性以及与主网交互性的糅合稳暂态指标的多准则决策(MCDM)指标评价模型,并提出了基于PSD-BPA平台的稳暂态联合仿真模拟方法,实现了指标的自动化仿真模拟与定量计算。利用G1-熵权法计算指标权重,对TOPSIS决策方法做出了一定改进,实现了MCDM模型的求解。选取四川省某示范区作为算例进行仿真模拟计算与灵敏度分析,实现了待选规划方案的优选、决策,验证了所提方法的可行性与合理性。 The rational selection and decision-making of renewable energy planning schemes are of great significance to the security,stability,and economic operation of the power grid,but the complex factors and inefficient simulation process restrict its development and application.To this end,an innovative multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)index evaluation model that takes into account safety,static voltage stability,transient voltage recovery capability,economy,and interaction with the main network is constructed for a regional multi-renewable energy system to integrate steady and transient indicators.Besides,a steady-transient integrated simulation method based on the PSD-BPA platform is firstly proposed,through which automatic simulation and quantitative calculation of indicators were realized.The G1-entropy weight method was utilized to calculate the index weights,and some improvements were made to the TOPSIS method,through which the MCDM model was solved.A demonstration area in Sichuan Province was selected as an example for simulation calculation and sensitivity analysis,which realized the optimization and decision-making of the candidate planning schemes.Meanwhile,the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method is verified.
