摘要
简述了大冶有色冶炼厂700kt/a制酸装置Ⅲ换热器运行中存在传热效率低、影响转化工序热平衡、补温电耗高、制约生产负荷等问题,主要介绍了Ⅲ换热器技术改造过程技术指标的确定、结构形式的选择及现场布置考量,重点评价了Ⅲ换热器的技改效果。改造后,壳程、管程进出口温度、换热器传热系数、换热量、传热效率、设备阻力等关键性能均达到设计指标,转化工序的热平衡失衡问题得到根本改善,三、四段床层补温电炉电耗减少,节省了成本。
The problem of low heat transfer efficiency,affecting the thermal equilibrium of the conversion process,high power consumption and restriction of production load duringⅢheat exchanger operation of the 700 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Daye Nonferrous Smelter are briefly described.The determination of technical index,the selection of structure form and consideration of the site layout during the technological transformation process ofⅢheat exchanger are mainly introduced.The technical improvement effect ofⅢheat exchanger is mainly evaluated.The key performances such as the inlet and outlet temperatures of shell and tube,heat transfer coefficient,heat transfer capacity,heat transfer efficient of heat exchanger and equipment resistance reached design objective.The problem of thermal equilibrium out of balance in the conversion process is fundamentally improved.The electric power consumption of the third-stage and the fourth-stage imported electric furnace is reduced and the cost is saved.
