常规心电图、动态心电散点图对患者窦性心律不齐及房早检出率的比较

Comparison of routine electrocardiography and dynamic electrocardiogram scatter plot in detecting sinus arrhythmia and atrial premature beats

目的:比较常规心电图、动态心电散点图在窦性心律不齐及房早检出率中的差异。方法:选择2016年3月~2019年3月在如皋市人民医院治疗的疑似房早患者94例,同期在本院治疗的疑似窦性心律不齐患者98例。两组患者均接受常规心电图和动态心电散点图检测。记录窦性心律不齐、房早的实际患病人数,对比常规心电图与动态心电散点图对房早、窦性心律不齐检测的灵敏度、特异度和准确率。结果:常规心电图检测房早准确率为81.91%,特异度为77.78%,灵敏度为82.89%。动态心电散点图检测房早准确率为94.68%,特异度为88.89%,灵敏度为96.05%。动态心电散点图诊断房早的灵敏度和准确率均高于常规心电图,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规心电图检测窦性心律不齐准确率为78.57%,特异度为71.42%,灵敏度为80.52%。动态心电散点图检测窦性心律不齐准确率为93.88%,特异度为85.71%,灵敏度为96.10%。动态心电散点图诊断窦性心律不齐的灵敏度和准确率均高于常规心电图,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电散点图对窦性心律不齐及房早诊断的灵敏度和准确率均高于常规心电图,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To compare the detection rate of routine electrocardiography and dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot in sinus arrhythmia and atrial premature beats.Methods:Ninety-fouRpatients with suspected atrial premature beats,and anotheR98 with suspected sinus arrhythmia treated in ouRhospital between March of 2016 and 2019 were included,and underwent examination by routine electrocardiography and dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot.The actual numbeRof patients with sinus arrhythmia and premature atrial beats were recorded,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were compared regarding the detected sinus arrhythmia and premature atrial beats by conventional electrocardiography and dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot.Results:The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity were 81.91%,77.78%and 82.89%by routine electrocardiography,and 94.68%,88.89%and 96.05%by electrocardiogram scatteRplot,respectively,foRdetecting atrial premature beats.The sensitivity and accuracy were higheRin dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot than in routine electrocardiography(P<0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity by routine electrocardiography were 78.57%,71.42%and 80.52%,and by dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot were 93.88%,85.71%and 96.10%,respectively foRdiagnosis of sinus arrhythmia.The sensitivity and accuracy were higheRin dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot than in routine electrocardiography(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram scatteRplot can be more sensitive and accurate than routine electrocardiography in the diagnosis of sinus arrhythmia and atrial premature beats.
