摘要
目的:探讨大学生熬夜与考试焦虑、学业自我效能感之间的关系,为改善大学生的熬夜情况,提高工作学习效率提供依据。方法:采用自编一般情况调查问卷、考试焦虑量表(TAI)和学业自我效能感量表调查605名在校大学生。结果:检出大学生熬夜发生率为92.2%,熬夜的大学生与不熬夜的大学生相比,TAI得分高,而学业自我效能感量表得分低(P<0.01);大学生熬夜程度、熬夜频率与TAI得分均呈正相关(r=0.417,r=0.219,P<0.01);与学业自我效能感量表得分均呈负相关(r=-0.389,r=-0.246,P<0.01)。TAI得分对大学生熬夜行为有正向预测作用,学业自我效能感量表得分对大学生熬夜行为有负向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论:大学生熬夜与考试焦虑之间存在正相关,与学业自我效能感之间存在负相关。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between staying-up-late and test anxiety oRacademic self-efficacy in college students foRevidence to improve the staying-up-late and work/study efficiency.Methods:Totally,605 college students received survey self-programmed general informative questionnaire,test anxiety scale(TAI)and academic self-efficacy scale.Results:Incidence of staying-up-late was 92.2%foRthe college students,and students with habit of staying-up-late had higheRscoring on TAI,yet loweRscores on academic self-efficacy than those with regulaRsleeping(both P<0.01).The severity and frequency were positively correlated with TAI scores(r=0.417,r=0.219,P<0.01),yet negatively with academic self-efficacy(r=-0.389,r=-0.246,P<0.01)in all subjects surveyed.The scoring on TAI had positive predictive effect,whereas the scoring of academic self-efficacy scale had negative predictive effect on the behavioRof staying-up-late(both P<0.05).Conclusion:OuRfindings suggest that staying-up-late can positively relate to test anxiety,yet negatively to academic self-efficacy in college students.
