2例线粒体脑肌病的影像学表现

Image properties of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy:clinical reports in 2 cases

目的:分析2例线粒体脑肌病(ME)患者的临床及影像特点并复习相关文献资料。方法:对我院收治的2例ME患者行头颅CT、MRI检查。结果:2例ME患者的临床表现及影像学改变均有一定特征性。结论:ME具有一定的临床及影像学特点,需加深对此病的认识,以免误诊。

Objective:To analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy(ME)in 2 cases.Methods:Two patients with ME admitted to ouRhospital received cerebral CT and MRI examination,and related literatures were reviewed.Results:ME presented certain specific clinical properties and imaging changes.Conclusion:ME has special clinical and image characteristics.Understanding of this disease is necessary in ordeRto avoid misdiagnosis.
