基于支持向量机的男性血清瘦素参考值空间分布规律

Spatial Distribution of Men's Serum Leptin Reference Values Based on Support Vector Machine

血清瘦素医学指标目前并没有准确的临床正常参考值范围,为建立更全面的制定标准,分析了中国健康成年男性的血清瘦素参考值与地理因素的关系。收集中国102个市(县)10707例健康成年男性的血清瘦素参考值,分析其与24项地理指标的相关性,提取出其中存在相关关系的7项地理指标,建立支持向量机模型,并用该模型预测出全国2322个观测点健康成年男性的血清瘦素参考值。最后用ArcGIS软件进行地统计分析,经析取克里金插值,绘制中国健康成年男性血清瘦素参考值的地理分布图。研究表明中国健康成年男性的血清瘦素参考值与经度、纬度、海拔高度、年平均气温、气温年较差、表土阳离子交换量、表土容重存在相关关系;其参考值整体分布规律呈现从西北向东南递增的趋势。

There is no accurate clinical normal reference range for serum leptin.To solve this problem,this article collects serum leptin data of 10707 healthy adult males in 102 cities(counties)of China and analyzes the relationships between the reference values of serum leptin and geographical factors.In total seven geographic indexes are extracted and a support vector machine model is established.We use this model to predict the serum leptin reference values of 2322 healthy adult males in China.Geostatistics is carried out by ArcGIS,and the spatial distribution map of serum leptin reference values of healthy adult males in China is drawn using disjunctive Kriging.Results show that the reference values of serum leptin of healthy adult males in China are correlated with longitude,latitude,altitude,annual average temperature,annual temperature difference,cation exchange capacity of topsoil and bulk density of topsoil.The reference values of serum leptin of healthy adult males in China show an obvious increasing trend from northwest to southeast.
