煤矿井下用机械式隔爆装置隔爆效果试验及结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了煤矿井下用机械式隔爆装置的结构组成及工作原理,利用模拟试验巷道和XCG0110爆炸综合测试系统,分别在未安装隔爆装置、安装1台隔爆装置和安装2台隔爆装置的情况下,考察了瓦斯煤尘爆炸压力及火焰的传播情况,得出3种情况下隔爆效果的比较结果。试验结果表明,当安装2套隔爆装置时,爆炸火焰未超过隔爆装置后13 m,爆炸压力峰值衰减达到73%,能有效隔绝瓦斯煤尘爆炸火焰的传播。分析了隔爆效果存在差异的原因,可为该装置在煤矿井下正确安装使用提供指导。 The structure and working principle of mechanical flameproof device in underground coal mine were introduced.By using simulation test roadway and XC-G0110 explosion comprehensive test system,the explosion pressure of gas and coal dust and flame propagation were investigated under the condition of no flameproof device,one flameproof device and two flameproof devices respectively,the comparison results of flameproof effect under these three conditions were obtained.The test shows that when two sets of flameproof devices are installed,the explosion flame does not exceed 13 m behind the flameproof device,the peak attenuation of explosion pressure reaches 73%,which can effectively isolate the propagation of gas and coal dust explosion flame.The reasons for the difference in the flameproof effect are analyzed,it can provide guidance for the correct installation and use of the device in underground coal mine.
