煤与瓦斯突出防治信息化管理系统构建 被引量:8

摘要 针对煤与瓦斯突出防治信息化水平不高导致的突出危险性数据深度分析受阻、突出防治效率效果提升受限等问题,构建了煤与瓦斯突出防治信息化管理系统。该系统主要由突出参数自动上传设备、跨网络数据自动传输技术及专业的信息化管理软件组成,通过三者有机结合实现了对突出防治信息的井下自动上传、地面智能分析、移动审批查询,同时实现了对两个"四位一体"综合防突技术执行情况的过程管控,还将有力推动基于"互联网+"的煤矿安全管理新模式的构建。在阳煤五矿应用效果表明,该系统采用信息化技术大幅压缩了数据填报、审批等中间环节,使日常预测总耗时减少了70%左右,并在该矿首次实现了对煤与瓦斯突出预测、钻孔参数等数据的综合分析与移动审批。 In view of the problems such as the deep analysis of coal and gas outburst data was blocked and the efficiency improvement of prevention and control of coal and gas outburst was limited,which were caused by low level of information technology in prevention and control of coal and gas outburst,a information management system of coal and gas outburst prevention and control was constructed.The system was mainly composed of automatic upload equipment of outburst parameters,automatic transmission technology of cross network data and professional information management software.Through the organic combination of the three parts,it realized the underground automatic upload,ground intelligent analysis and mobile examination and approval query of outburst prevention and control information.It not only realized the process control of the implementation of the two“four-in-one”integrated penetration prevention technologies,but also vigorously promoted the construction of a new mode of coal mine safety based on“Internet plus”.The application results in Yangmei No.5 Coal Mine show that the information technology of the system has greatly reduced the intermediate links of data filling and approval,reducing the total daily prediction time by about 70%,and for the first time in the coal mine,it has realized the comprehensive analysis and mobile approval of data such as outburst prediction and drilling parameters.
