体育师范专业健美操专项人才培养的多元化教学 被引量:1

摘要 对体育师范专业健美操专项人才培养的多元化教学进行论述,阐明在健美操教学实践中应遵循的基本原则和方向,为健美操教学提供可借鉴的理论经验。研究认为,应在健美操教学中充分发掘教学多元化的特性,依据理论与实践、基础与提高、主导与主体、规范与创新、大众与竞技、课程与竞训、教练与裁判、师范与市场的结合统一、全面协调、综合发展要求进行教学。 This article discusses the diversified teaching of aerobics talents in normal sports training,clarifying the basic principles and direction that should be followed in the teaching practice of aerobics,so as to provide referential theoretical experiences.Research suggests that diversified teaching characteristics in aerobics training should be fully excavated and the teaching should be conducted on the basis of the unified,comprehensive and balanced development of the following,such as theory and practice,foundation and advancement,dominance and subject,criteria and innovation,mass sports and athletics,curriculum and competition training,coaching and judging,teaching and marketing.
