我国是一个以煤炭为能源基础的国家,在全球气候变暖、环保政策逐渐趋严的大背景下,以煤独大的资源型城市经济受到了严重影响,部分城市整体经济下滑明显,劳动力流失严重。本文以榆林市为例,通过深入分析城市发展存在的问题,并借鉴国外发达国家资源型城市成功转型升级的经验,分析我国资源型城市提高经济抗压能力的路径。

China is a country with coal as the energy base.Under the background of global warming and increasingly stringent environmental protection policies,the economic development of energy-intensive cities dominated by coal has been seriously affected,and the overall economy of some cities has declined significantly as well as the labor force has been seriously lost.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of energy-intensive cities.This article takes Yulin City as an example to analyze how to improve the economic stress resistance of energy-intensive cities.
