益生菌联合谷氨酰胺在小儿腹泻的应用

Clinical application of probiotics combined with glutamine in children with diarrhea

目的 探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合谷氨酰胺在小儿腹泻中的应用效果.方法 选取2016年4月—2018年10月在笔者医院治疗的腹泻患儿126例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用谷氨酰胺.观察两组临床治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿发热消退、呕吐缓解、腹痛缓解、大便恢复正常及粪便常规恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组IgA、IgG和CD4/CD8比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 酪酸梭菌二联活菌散配合谷氨酰胺在小儿腹泻的治疗中能够快速缓解症状,缩短病程,增强患儿免疫功能.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clostridium butyricum binary viable powder combined with glutamine in children with diarrhea.Methods The 126 children with diarrhea from April 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated only with Clostridium butyricum binary viable powder combined viable powder,while the observation group was treated with glutamine alone.The clinical effect between the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever subsidence,vomiting alleviation,abdominal pain alleviation,normal stool and normal stool routine recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of IgA,IgG and CD4/CD8 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clostridium butyricum binary viable powder combined with glutamine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can rapidly alleviate symptoms,improve the effect and enhance the immune function.
