现代医学教育的发展对住院医师规范化培训提出了更高的要求,文章从虚拟仿真技术的基本概念出发,分析虚拟仿真技术在住院医师规范培训的发文情况,为完善住院医师规范化培训制度提供参考.以中国知网学术期刊数据库为数据源,对虚拟仿真技术在住院医师规范化培训应用的文献进行分析和总结.其主要研究方向是临床技能、医学人才教育、虚拟现实技术、教学改革和其他方向.其应用主要包括提升理论教学水平、提高临床技能教学水平和完善考核工作三个方面,并在其真实感、技术和教学计划方面存在一定的不足.

The development of modern medical education puts forward higher requirements for the standardized training of residents.Starting from the basic concept of virtual simulation technology,this paper analyzes the questions of virtual simulation technology in the standardized training of residents,and provides reference for improving the standardized training system of residents.Based on the database of CNKI,this paper analyzes and summarizes the application of virtual simulation technology in the standardized training of residents.Its main research directions are clinical skills,medical personnel education,virtual reality technology,teaching reform and other directions.Its application mainly includes three aspects:improving the theoretical teaching level,improving the clinical skill teaching level and improving the assessment work,and there are some deficiencies in its sense of reality,technology and teaching plan.
