摘要
目前全过程工程咨询还处于试点和培育阶段,监理企业发展全过程工程咨询需要进一步完善组织模式、优化业务流程以适应新业态。在分析当前监理企业发展全过程工程咨询存在的突出问题的基础上,从延伸"上下游"服务链以构建适应的服务模式、优化全过程工程咨询业务流程、建设全过程工程咨询人才体系等角度,分析监理企业在服务模式、服务体系、集成化管理、数字化管理等方面的关键技术和要点,为监理企业及其他有意向发展全过程工程咨询业务的企业提供参考。
The development of whole process engineering consulting is still in the pilot and cultivation phase,supervision enterprise needs to further improve the organizational model and optimize the business process to adapt to the new format for the development of whole process engineering consulting.On the basis of analyzing the prominent problem of supervison enterprises developing whole-process engineering consulting,the paper analyzes the key technology and points of service mode,service system,integrated management and digital management from the aspects of extending the“upstream and downstream”service chain to build a suitable service mode,optimizing the whole process engineering consulting business process,building the whole process engineering consulting talent system,provides references for supervision enterprises and other enterprises interested in developing whole process engineering consulting.
