在公路设计施工总承包模式广泛应用背景下,从项目发包人控制合同计价风险的角度,根据公路工程特点和总承包合同计价的特点,分析影响总承包计价风险因素,提出解决总承包计价风险的对策,以实现更好地降低合同风险、提高项目合同管理水平,为发包人提供参考思路和建议。

Based on the widespread application of the general contracting model of highway design and construction,from the perspective of project contractor controlling contract valuation risk,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the general contract valuation risk according to the characteristics of highway engineering and general contract contract valuation,and proposes countermeasures to solve the general contract valuation risk to achieve a better reduction of contract risk,improve the project contract management level and provide reference ideas and suggestions for the contractor.
